Help & Support

Choretasktik helps you get things done nearby: buy and sell items with neighbors, book local services, and have independent drivers handle deliveries and errands.

Post a request

• On Home, tap Request a service.
• Describe what you need, choose the pickup and drop-off or service location, set the amount you are offering, and choose how far away drivers can be.
• Pay at checkout. Your payment is held securely while nearby drivers are notified.

Buy an item or book a service

• Open Market, choose a listing, and tap Buy with delivery, Pick it up myself, or Book this service.
• To sell something, tap List an item on Home.

Track a delivery

• Open your request from Home to see its status.
• After your driver verifies the pickup with a selfie photo, you can follow the delivery on the map until drop-off.

Confirm completion

• When your driver confirms drop-off, open the request and tap Confirm delivery & release payment.
• Only the requester can confirm completion. Your payment is released to the driver only after you confirm.
• After confirming, you can rate your driver.

Message a driver or seller

• Open your request and tap Message driver, or open a listing and tap Message seller.
• All of your conversations are in Inbox.

Report or block someone

• Listing: open it and tap Report listing or Block seller.
• Message: press and hold the message, then choose Report message or Block.
• Person: in a conversation, request, or job, tap Report or block.
• To see or unblock accounts, open Profile and choose Safety & support.
• Our team reviews every report within 24 hours. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911.

Payments help

• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Checkout shows every fee before you pay, including the convenience fee.
• If a payment fails, check your card details and try again, or use another card.
• If you cancel before a driver accepts, your payment is refunded in full. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
• Drivers: connect your payout account under Vehicle & payout settings. Earnings appear in Wallet after the requester confirms completion.

Delete your account

• In the app: open Profile and choose Delete account.
